About this class
For active people who are feeling tight in their body. We’ll work into the areas that tend to hold tension - hips, hamstrings, calves - while also building strength and stability to support your running particularly your glutes and core. We will pay attention to our feet which often get neglected. Expect a mix of movement, stretch and recovery, with plenty of options so you can work at your own level. You don’t need to be flexible - just willing to show up and give your body what it needs.

Cancellation Policy
At Yoga Joga, each class is thoughtfully prepared and spaces are limited, so your booking really matters. If you’re unable to attend, I kindly ask for at least 6 hours’ notice before the class begins. Cancellations made more than 6 hours in advance can be rescheduled or refunded. Cancellations within 6 hours of the class, or missed sessions, are non-refundable and non-transferable, as it’s often difficult to fill the space at short notice. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting a small, independent business. I truly appreciate it.
