About this class
Yin yoga is a slower, floor-based practice, with poses done seated or lying down. Using gravity and time, we gently work into the deeper layers of the body - muscles, fascia and connective tissue - allowing space and length to develop without force. Poses are held for longer, always within your own comfort level, giving the body time to release and unwind. This quiet, steady approach can help improve flexibility, ease tension and leave you feeling calm, grounded and deeply restored.

Cancellation Policy
At Yoga Joga, each class is thoughtfully prepared and spaces are limited, so your booking really matters. If you’re unable to attend, I kindly ask for at least 6 hours’ notice before the class begins. Cancellations made more than 6 hours in advance can be rescheduled or refunded. Cancellations within 6 hours of the class, or missed sessions, are non-refundable and non-transferable, as it’s often difficult to fill the space at short notice. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting a small, independent business. I truly appreciate it.
