About this class
This is a hatha-based class with a focus on alignment, technique and making each pose work for your body. Using props such as blocks and bolsters, we create support and accessibility so you can explore the shapes safely and effectively, whatever your starting point. You’ll be guided to understand how poses feel in your body, rather than how they look, with time to adjust, refine and build confidence. The pace is steady and considered, allowing you to get the most out of each posture without strain. Suitable for all bodies and levels, this class is about working with your body - not against it - so you leave feeling stronger, more supported and at ease

Cancellation Policy
At Yoga Joga, each class is thoughtfully prepared and spaces are limited, so your booking really matters. If you’re unable to attend, I kindly ask for at least 6 hours’ notice before the class begins. Cancellations made more than 6 hours in advance can be rescheduled or refunded. Cancellations within 6 hours of the class, or missed sessions, are non-refundable and non-transferable, as it’s often difficult to fill the space at short notice. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting a small, independent business. I truly appreciate it.
