About this class
A special midwinter sound journey, held in the beautiful main worship space of St John’s Church in Ben Rhydding, Ilkley. Surrounded by candlelight and the natural resonance of this atmospheric space, settle in and allow yourself to be immersed in a tranquil soundscape of gongs, Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, chimes and more. There’s no movement and no poses. You’ll be supported to get completely comfortable with blankets and pillows, then simply lie back, rest and let the sound wash over you. A little midwinter magic — an evening of sound, stillness and deep rest in a truly special setting.

Cancellation Policy
At Yoga Joga, each sound-journey is thoughtfully prepared and spaces are limited, so your booking really matters. If you’re unable to attend, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice before the session begins. (Yoga classes can be cancelled up to 3 hours before, but due to the preparation required for sound-journeys we have to extend the cancellation to 24 hours) Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled or refunded. Not a problem! Cancellations made less than 24 hours of the class, or missed sessions, are non-refundable as it’s often difficult to fill the space at short notice. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting a small, independent business. I truly appreciate it.
