About this class
Inversions can be empowering or deeply calming. This workshop is designed to help you build the foundations for practising inversions in a safe and supported way. We’ll break down the key elements of shoulderstand, headstand and handstands, focusing on alignment, strength and how to use props to support your body. You’ll learn how to approach these poses step by step, with plenty of options to work at your own level - whether you’re completely new or looking to build confidence. The emphasis is on understanding what you’re doing and why, so you can practise with clarity and control. As you begin to integrate inversions into your practice, you may notice a real shift - feeling stronger, more aware, and more confident in your body. Inversions can help build strength, improve balance and body awareness, and offer a different perspective — both physically and mentally. Expect a mix of movement, stretch and recovery, with plenty of options so you can work at your own level. You don’t need to be flexible - just willing to show up and give your body what it needs.

Cancellation Policy
At Yoga Joga, each class is thoughtfully prepared and spaces are limited, so your booking really matters. If you’re unable to attend, I kindly ask for at least 6 hours’ notice before the class begins. Cancellations made more than 6 hours in advance can be rescheduled or refunded. Cancellations within 6 hours of the class, or missed sessions, are non-refundable and non-transferable, as it’s often difficult to fill the space at short notice. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting a small, independent business. I truly appreciate it.
