About this class
A personalised yoga session designed entirely around you. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve flexibility, support recovery, or simply find a moment of calm, each session is tailored to your body, your experience, and your goals. Sessions may include a combination of mobility work, strength and balance, restorative practices, sound experiences, and simple breath work. Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. Cancellation Policy
At Yoga Joga, 1–2–1 sessions are carefully prepared and your time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled or refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours of your session, or non-attendance, are non-refundable and non-transferable, as this time has been set aside specifically for you and cannot usually be filled at short notice. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting the time and energy that goes into each personalised session.
